13+ Mix and Match
Students may train in 2, 3 or 4 classes each week depending on what program they sign up for to pay their tuition.
You can choose between the following classes:
1. 13+ Martial Arts
2. Kickboxing
3. Ground Fighting
4. Sparring
All 13+ may use weight room during open hours.
What is a class for 4,5,6? These classes focus on basic skill building. We focus on balance, co-ordination, respect, flexibility, confidence teamwork.
What is a class for 7-12 year olds? This is a martial arts class for children. The focus is on self-defense, basic striking and ground fighting. Students earn belt ranks based on the curriculum taught in these classes.
What is a class for ages 13+? This is a martial arts class for teens and adults. The focus is on self-defense, basic striking and ground fighting. Students earn belt ranks based on the curriculum taught in these classes.
What is kickboxing? This is a conditioning class where all basic strikes are taught and drilled in a very physical workout. Great class to get in shape!
What is Ground fighting? This class teaches self-defense and submission techniques on the ground. Class allows student to practice and perfect their skills and prepares for grappling tournaments if the choose to compete.
What is sparring? These classes allow students to practice their techniques in a safe manner. Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and GMA rules are used.
What is fight prep? This is for members of our fight team who have a scheduled fight within the next 4 weeks: Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate or MMA.

Dress Code:
Student Uniform or Rek Suit with GMA Logo on Pants and Top. You may wear a GMA T-Shirt or Sweat Shirt, No hoods. Always wear your belt. For testing and special events, no t-shirts please, full uniform or Rek Suit. Mouthpiece and athletic cup (for males).
Sparring Full safety gear is required see instructor. You may wear GMA shorts and t-shirt/sweatshirt, GMA uniform or GMA Rek Suit.
