Enrolling at Grant's Martial Arts

 

Step 1              Come in for your free pre-evaluation class.  At this time we will have an information packet for you. You will meet with one of our instructors and fill out an application for enrollment.

 

Step 2              Should you be accepted for enrollment and want to become a member of Grant's Martial Arts, your next step will be to complete the introductory course.  The introductory course is 3 half hour lessons and it includes a uniform.  This course is 49.95.

 

Step 3              As part of the last class in the introductory course, you will sit down with one of our instructors to enroll in our program.  Please bring the completed tuition and programs sheet with you to the final introductory class.  At this time you will officially become a member of our school and schedule your first class.  In certain situations you may be put on a waiting list.

Special Offer

For those of you who are ready to become a member on your first visit to our school.  We have the following special offer.  You can apply your introductory course tuition to any of our three, six or 12 month programs.  The requirements are as follows. First, must sign up on the first visit to the school.  Second, you must have your credit card or check to get started.   If you purchase a 12 month paid in full membership, then you can just subtract the 49.95.  If you purchase a monthly program then you can apply the 49.95 to the first payment or spread it out over the length of the program.

 

Common Questions When Enrolling

 

  1. Can I just bring in the tuition and pay at the school?  The only time that we accept tuition at the school is when you enroll.  Most of our members choose to pay their program in full one time per year because that is the least expensive way to pay the tuition.  If however you decide to pay your tuition on a monthly basis then the tuition must come directly from your checking account or through your credit card.
  2. What does my program include?  Your program includes two classes each week.  You must choose which two classes you are going to attend.  If you would like to change those classes then you would need to fill out a schedule change form.
  3. How do I cancel my program?  You can not cancel a program until the term of the program expires.  If you choose the automatic renewal option then you need to notify us 30 days in advance of your last payment that you wish to cancel.
  4. What do I do when my program expires?  For your convenience we offer an automatic renewal option that renews your membership on a quarterly basis.  If you do not choose the automatic renewal option then you must sign up again at the current rates, when your original program expires.
  5. What if I miss a lot of class? If you are going to miss a number of classes due to illness then we will add that amount of time you miss to the end of your agreement so that you never pay for classes that you do not attend.  Classes that you miss from time to time for other reason should be made up immediately.
