Noah Rakowski
Noah started out in our "Little Dragons" program and has been on fire ever since. He is an orange belt who recently competed in the Masters Cup Tournament winning First place in weapons and second in forms. Congratulations Noah!

Curriculum Update for 2007
The curriculum for the remainder of 2007 will focus on 3 rotations designed to improve the students "self-protections" skills 100%. The 3 rotations are as follows:'
1. Kick Boxing Skills -- designed to refine striking skills.
2. Standing Escapes -- designed to protect against grabs, punches and kicks.
3. Tackle and Grapple -- disigned to address ground attacks.
Schedule Change:
As of April 1, 2007, the Monday night weapons class will be moved to Thursday at 5:45.
The Monday advanced class at 5:45 will focus strictly on forms.
Tournament team members can attend one or both. No tournament practice on Monday's at 7:15 begining in April.
Buddy Day
Tuesday and Thursday
April 3rd and 4th
You can bring a friend to class on the above days. Your friend must have the permission slip below filled out and signed by a parent. All students who bring a friend will receive 5 dojo dollars. If that friend joins, you will get 50 dojo dollars. All friends who join within 2 weeks of buddy day will receive a free uniform.
